Our beautiful vintage-inspired wellbeing space is directly opposite Herne Hill Station — just one stop from Victoria — making it incredibly convenient for both practitioners and clients. Think warm, quirky and full of character, with carefully chosen retro pieces and vintage touches throughout. It feels more like a beautiful home or boutique wellbeing space than a traditional consulting room — creating an instantly relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for clients. The space includes two private consultation rooms, each with its own professional yet distinctive retro feel, making them suitable for a wide range of practitioners and professions — from therapists and counsellors to nutritionists, coaches, wellbeing practitioners and other client-facing professionals. There is also a lovely reception and waiting area, a welcoming reception desk and a beautifully presented bathroom. Three Flexible Spaces There are three distinct areas within the practice: 1. The Reception & Waiting Area A charming, characterful space with seating for around 10 people, or potentially more when fully seated. It is also ideal for one-to-one sessions or small groups of two or three people. 2. Consultation Room One A private, comfortable room with a professional but warm and retro aesthetic. 3. Consultation Room Two Another private consultation space, designed to feel welcoming and relaxed while remaining professional. The rooms are deliberately not clinical or sterile — they have personality, warmth and a sense of home, while still providing a professional environment for your clients. Exceptionally Flexible Availability We are very flexible and happy to discuss arrangements around your individual requirements. * Mondays: 8am–8pm * Tuesday–Friday: 6pm–9pm * Saturday & Sunday: Available all day * Other times: Available by arrangement Hourly rate: £18 Monthly fixed-fee arrangements can also be discussed for regular bookings or practitioners looking for a more permanent base.
